Last week we had our first pool visit of the season. It's a bigger hit than ever!
The pool brings out the best in them. They just get sweet and goofy and playful.
I love their floaties- they could walk around the kiddie pool independently, strutting their stuff.
They even tried out a few swim moves. In the big pool, they're very clingy but there's something about having a sure footing in the little pool that gives them confidence to try new things.
And since there's two pools, the boys liked to scurry back and forth between them, endlessly. We ended up stationing each parent in a pool so we didn't have to keep chasing them. Sean was in the big pool, of course, because he likes to do this:
I wish the audio wasn't goofy on this because Dash was giggling like a madman. Do you like Liam's forced laugh? I think he was just trying to match Dash's excitement.
And even more excitement will be had as the days get hotter and hotter- hurray for the pool!
