What? Easter was a week ago? Well, you can't say no to Easter Egg Hunt photos, can you?
Grey even enjoyed his egg. Thoroughly, Look at that tough face.
I read this idea of having kids plant jelly beans which "grow" into a lollipop overnight. I didn't have either of those so I planted hershey kisses and grew a chocolate bar. Except the ants found the kisses overnight so I couldn't stick the candy bar in the same spot, thus losing the "growing" effect. Oh well, chocolate's chocolate.
My mom helped Grey find some eggs which lead to this Proud Grandma Moment.
The boys stopped to admire their spoils.
Until they realized there was a whole half of the yard to search. "Outta my way!"
Eggs in the wood chips.
Eggs on the sandbox.
Eggs in the door ways. (Liam couldn't reach the open door from the grass so he got up on the step and swung it over to reach. My dad thought it was the cleverest.)
And the grand prize was a little golf set!
Dash is about to get a hole in one... with only a little nudging.
It was a toy set for ALL the kids to enjoy!
I call that one successful hunt!
Luke has that golf set and loves it...until one of his friends showed him how to use the clubs to play swords :( Now they are hidden in our closet. Hopefully your boys will only use them for golf!
