Conservatory
I feel rather silly for going through two Minnesota winters without knowing how perfect a place the Como Conservatory is for cold weather activities.
I generally just walk right past the conservatory and go to the zoo portion of Como but in the conservatory, you can spend the whole time inside!
And there's weekly themed toddler activities, which there was on they day we went for a preschool field trip.
Then there's a ton of plants to explore!
We found purple undersides.
We found the flower room.
Pretty.
We found water to poke.
We found giant leaves.
We found ledges for resting.
We found a koi pond. Grey did NOT want to move from this place.
We found the steamy, warm tropical room with creepy fish.
So much to find on a chilly winter day. Now I know for next year!
