Artistic Adventure
For our last adventure (besides going to the Mall of America so dad could shop at the sock store) for Grey's birthday was to check out the Walker Sculpture Garden. There was a homecoming being held there so we felt very under-dressed.
How many times have you seen the same ol' cheery on a spoon? So I tried something different. It's a smidge cool.
And we strolled around the sculptures, admiring here, questioning there.
A little bit of garden gazing for me and the birthday boy.
But then! We found the miniature golf created by artists! The golf ball/club checkout area was closed so we couldn't play but it was just as fun to explore.
THIS was the BEST! I've always wanted to try one of these rooms! I'm a GIANT!
Mini-Grandma.
You're supposed to have your friends stand on the footprints and golf around them.
All courses need to be this creative, what a fabulous idea!
