Liam and Dash had a pretty wonderful birthday. These are the things that made it wonderful:
- My parents arrived the night before! The boys are loving having them here.
- They consumed as much sugar that day as they normally might in a month.
- They may have doubled their toy inventory.
- They had a fun party with a few of their friends:

- Their mom made some colorful decorations:

-There were cupcakes:

Here is how they enjoyed their cupcakes:

They blew out their candles like they'd been doing it for years.

Dash went for the Face First technique.

Which turned him into Colonel Sanders.

Liam decided on a more delicate finger dipping method.

He wanted to keep tabs on all the action around him, you see.

But finally Liam dove right in.

And Dash followed suit.

Pretty good way to spend a birthday, eh?
