Liam and Dash are lucky boys. Their Pompa came for a visit!
It may have only been a 24-hour trip but we made the most of it. After he drove in from his San Antonio business trip, we got together for dinner and then spent every moment having fun. Well, besides the sleeping parts. And between conference calls, Pompa was sure to pack his time with twin bonding.
He brought the boys a couple cars and launchers. Can you guess their new favorite toy?
It's so sweet, they'd shuffle over to Pompa, sit in his lap while they launched the cars, then bolt off to retrieve the vehicle.
It's a race to get to the cars first!
Of course, there was some iPad fun, always a given when playing with Pompa.
Dash and Liam showed Pompa their newfound love of the outfit with lots and lots of book breaks.
Then after their three-hour nap (THREE HOURS! Seriously. Happens, like, once every one hundred days. So they choose the day of Pompa's whirlwind visit. We actually had to go wake them up. They must have had a really fun time in the morning) it was a boys Lego party!
You see, my children have excellent Lego genes. Here's their dad and his mega-flexy Lego wall.
And here's their grandpa with his mega-tall Lego tower. The boys were born with Lego super powers
This tower represents Pompa's visit- making the most of it and full of a lot of silly!
Loved my quick visit with you all. Looking forward to extended twin time next week.
